　　演讲人简介：Kevin P. Gallagher is associate professor of international economics in the department of international relations at Boston University.  At BU Gallagher directs the Global Economic Governance Initiative.  He is the author of numerous books and articles on trade policy, investment policy, and development policy.  From 2009 to the present he has served on the investment subcommittee of the US Department of State's Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy.
